Our role and services
Visa Doo provides visa application guidance, document verification, eVisa submission, and tracking services. We act as an independent visa facilitator to assist travellers with their application preparation.
Embassy and immigration authority decisions
Final decisions regarding visa issuance, validity periods, single vs. multiple entries, and processing times rest exclusively with the respective embassy, consulate, or governmental immigration authority. Visa Doo does not grant visas and cannot guarantee visa approval.
Accuracy of applicant information
Applicants are responsible for providing authentic, complete, and accurate information and documents. False or misleading statements can lead to visa rejection by the issuing authorities.
Fees and cancellations
Government visa fees paid to immigration departments or embassies are generally non-refundable once an application has been lodged with the authorities.
